PE Toolbox stores your planning data on your device. You do not need an account, and the app does not send your lesson plans to us.

Data in the app

The app stores the content you create, including lessons, custom activities, collections, class schedules, teaching periods, units and diagrams, along with your appearance settings. This information is used on your device to provide the app’s planning features.

We do not operate a server that receives this content. The app has no advertising, third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not sell your personal information or use your planning data for advertising.

Exports, backups and permissions

When you export a lesson or backup, you choose where to save it and whether to share it. Saving a lesson image asks for permission to add to Photos; the app does not need to read your photo library. Importing a backup accesses the file you select.

Exports and backups can contain the information you entered in the app. If you save them to iCloud Drive or another provider, that service handles the files under its own terms and privacy policy. Your device’s backup service may also include app data, depending on your settings. PE Toolbox does not automatically sync your plans between devices.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. We use these to respond to your request and resolve the issue. Messages are processed by our email provider and kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any related follow-up, or meet legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of support correspondence.

Retention and deletion

Planning data stays on your device until you remove it or delete the app. Use available delete controls for individual items, or delete the app to remove its local data. Offloading the app retains that data. We cannot retrieve or delete local plans remotely.

Exported images, PDFs and backup files remain wherever you saved or shared them. Delete those copies separately, including any copies held by your backup or cloud storage provider. You can withdraw the app’s Photos permission in your device’s Settings.

Children’s information

PE Toolbox is a planning tool for teachers. It does not create student accounts or request information directly from children. Avoid entering unnecessary student-identifying information, and follow your school’s policies when creating or sharing plans.

This website

This website does not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers or set its own cookies. It is hosted on GitHub Pages, which logs visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes. See GitHub’s information about Pages and the GitHub Privacy Statement for its data practices.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the app’s privacy practices change and revise the date above. Changes that require consent will be presented before the relevant data is collected.
