Open Settings and choose Replay Quick Start for a guided introduction. Use Classes & Schedule to set up your teaching week, then build a lesson and add activities from the library.

On Home, open Master Schedule to add your teaching periods, classes and recurring meeting times. Then use the week strip or calendar button to choose a date. Tap a scheduled class to plan its lesson or open an existing one.

Open the Lesson tab, check the date and give your lesson a title. Tap + beside Warm-Up, Skill Development, Game or Cool Down, then choose Add Custom or Add from Library. Your lesson changes save automatically as you plan.

Yes. Swipe an activity in your lesson to reveal the options to move it up or down, or remove it from the lesson.

In Library, search for a game or narrow the list with filters such as activity type, grade, sport or equipment. Open a game to read its full instructions and teaching points. To add it to the lesson you’re planning, tap the game’s + button and choose a lesson block.

Yes. Use New Game in Library to create an activity, and tap a game’s heart button to mark it as a favorite. Use the folder button to create collections, such as Rainy Day or Sub Plan. Open a game and use its collection menu to add it to a collection.

Open Diagram and choose a playing surface. Tap to add players or equipment, then drag them into place. Select an item to duplicate or delete it. You can also start with a Quick layout; applying one replaces the items already on the board. Your diagram saves automatically between sessions.

Tap the gear on Home to open Settings, then choose a color style or a black-and-white theme. The color styles give each of the four lesson blocks a distinct color.

Open your lesson in Lesson Builder and tap the share button. Choose Save PNG to Photos or Export PDF to Files. Saving an image requires permission to add to your photo library; you can change this in your device’s Settings.

In Settings, under Data & Backup, choose Export All Data and save the backup somewhere safe. On the other device, choose Import Backup and select that file. Review the contents before choosing Replace Current Data—importing replaces existing user-created data on that device. Plans do not automatically sync between devices.

No account is needed. Your lesson planning data is stored on your device, and the core planning tools work offline. Email support and cloud locations you choose for exports or backups may need an internet connection.

Use the app’s available delete controls to remove individual items. To remove all local app data, delete the app from your device; offloading it keeps its data. Delete exported PDFs, images and backup files separately from Photos, Files or your chosen storage provider. Device backups may retain copies that you manage through your backup settings.
